Tito formed part of the real estate group which led the cultural engineering and commercial leasing of a 3.5 million square foot, 25 acre, mixed-use development on San Francisco's iconic waterfront. The project—a former WWII battleship production site—was executed in partnership with one of the foremost global real estate investors, Brookfield.
